I Heard From The Cubas Rios Family!!

Last week while we were in the offices delivering our weekly package the Records Secretary came up to me and asked “Do you know a Cubas Rios Family from Iquitos?” I instantly lit up and wanted to know what was up. He told me that Flor was on the phone and wanted to say hi before I left. It might have been stretching the rules a little bit but he gave me five minutes to say hi and see how they were doing. The first thing Flor told me was that “the Lord is blessing us in so many ways”. Hearing that put a smile on my face that was impossible to wipe off. Percy’s work is going great and he has taken a much higher position and is earning more. Their son Percy (who has some kind of disease that is slowing destroying his muscle) hasn’t been able to come to Lima for treatment due to the lack of funding but now with Percy’s new pay raise they are planning on coming before the end of the year. It was so great to hear from them and knowing that they are staying strong in the church and that the Lord is taking great care of them.
