Elder Sanchez and I decided to do something a little different here in the zone to help our Elders be a little bit more awake and energized. We quickly found out that our zone is a little lazy when it comes to doing their morning exercises so in order to change that Elder Sanchez and I get up at 6:00 and arrive at the house of a companionship and we do our exercises together. Wow, what a blast! Seeing them roll out of bed, strap on their shoes, and waddle outside is priceless. We workout for about 20 minutes before we leave them t ready for the day. It also helps us to get our behinds out of bed a little bit earlier and to try to get a little bit of physical conditioning back in us.
